THE CHALLANGE
The brands were collectively failing to reach the next generation and build a future platform for growth. Back office savings weren't enough to justify the portfolio. What was missing was a logic that drove real brand value.

WHAT WE DID
Built an operational playbook moving from continuous product development to two story-led collections per year, with cross-functional teams built for new channels and selective distribution. Then brought in creative directors from luxury fashion to make each brand distinct and culturally relevant for the next generation.

50% reduction in time to market. Double-digit net sales growth. Record margins and EBIT growth.
