THE CHALLANGE
Garde Hvalsøe crafts kitchens and interiors for some of the world's most discerning clients - from Swiss mountain homes to New York apartments, trusted by Michelin kitchens like Noma. But growth had brought complexity. Too many models, too many bespoke variations. Difficult for clients to choose. Difficult for the team to deliver. The premium position was being diluted by the breadth of the offering.

WHAT WE DID
Delisted 60% of the assortment and built a three-tier architecture around how clients actually buy. Collection focuses on three key kitchen archetypes in a range of materials and finishes. Bespoke is for individual pieces and furniture designed around the client's home. Atelier is the white-glove service for complete renovations. Then built the delivery engine to match: new workflows, clearer decision loops, and tighter collaboration across design, production, and sales.
